My culinary days started when I was just 7 years of age, I was fascinated when I witnessed my grandpa make an omelette. Or I would say that cooking is in my genes totally inborn, was an hobby until 20 odd years or so now a profession. I like to keep my food simple, it should appeal the stomach. I do not do fusion cause I’m not confused. I do Authentic Sindhi cuisine of which most of the recipes have changed hands from generation (Shikarpur) and not fly by night recipes or you tube etc. recipes. Yes my forte is Kebabs too, and classic burgers n not the machine made patty type, to add a few dishes in continental and Italian and I throw in a couple of desserts at times.
